2. Order your favorite subs or salads.

Earning points is easy! Just provide your phone number at the register or scan the QR code in your Capriotti’s app (Rewards > Earn > QR Code). For online or in-app orders, simply ensure you're logged into your account to earn points automatically. It may take up to 48 hours for points to appear.

Cap’s Cash is our currency! Every time you hit 100 points, we’ll automatically convert them to $10 Cap’s Cash, ready for you to use on your favorite subs.

To update your email address, simply download or open the Capriotti’s app, then:

1. Tap “More” in the bottom right corner
2. Select “Profile
3. Make your changes and tap “Save”

If you experience any issues or are unable to update your email, please contact us at help@capriottis.com—we’re happy to help!

Points will be added to your account within 48 hours of your purchase, as long as you used your rewards account at checkout.

If you didn’t scan your app or provide your phone number to the cashier when ordering in-store, you can still earn points by adding your receipt in the app:

1. Open the Capriotti’s app
2. Go to the “Rewards” tab
3. Select “Earn” and tap “Add Mission Points from Receipt”
4. You can then scan or manually enter the barcode from the bottom of your receipt

Receipts are valid for 7 days. If it’s been a little longer and you still have your receipt, reach out to us at help@capriottis.com—we’re happy to help!

If your receipt doesn’t have a barcode, that means your rewards account was already linked to the purchase, and your points will be automatically added to your account within 48 hours. No further action is needed!

No worries! If you’ve redeemed a reward but haven’t actually used it, it will remain in your account, even if it shows as expired after the timer runs out. The reward will automatically return to your account as it was before. 

If you accidentally claimed a reward and it hasn’t returned to your account within 24 hours, please reach out to help@capriottis.com for help.

To find your referral code, simply open the Capriotti’s app, go to the “More” tab, and select “Invite Friends.”
Your unique referral code will be displayed there—ready for you to share and start earning rewards!

To update your phone number, simply download or open the Capriotti’s app, then:

1. Tap “More” in the bottom right corner
2. Select “Profile"
3. Make your changes and tap “Save”
